1st step: Checking Availability
If you have a preference for a quieter time vs. a more social time (for you or your dogs!), let us know as we can help you pick dates that would best suit your preferences. Please note all persons must be age 18 and over, no exceptions.
Be sure to add vacation@glenhighlandfarm to your contacts, so that our email reply to you does not end up in your spam folder!
Email is the best way to reach us. We are a small staff and wear many hats (including running the onsite border collie rescue) so we are not always by the phone! If you prefer to chat, you may call us at 607-263-5416 and leave a message with your name and tel number and a good time to reach you and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
2nd step: Questions about canine attendees
We allow only one intact male dog allowed at any given time. Female dogs in heat will not be allowed.
3rd step: Booking your Getaway
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-ins are between 2 and 3:00pm. We understand that you might encounter traffic problems or get lost -- please give us a courtesy call if you are running late. Guests that are new to us need to check in on time so that one of the founders of Glen Highland Farm may give you a tour of the property and get you settled in so you can start enjoying your vacation. We cannot accept arrivals after 5pm. If you are late and do not let us know, there will not be anyone to assist you upon your arrival and you must use other local accommodations and check-in the following morning.
Check-out is 11am. We ask that you vacate from your accommodations by 11am so that we may prepare for our next guests. Feel free to enjoy the rest of the property and have lunch before heading out by 1pm at the very latest.
All listed rates include up to 3 dogs per lodging unit. 4 dogs and a fee of $60 will automatically apply. To bring 5 or more dogs, a fee of $100 will automatically apply and you will need to contact us prior to registration for approval. Please note that other restrictions may apply depending on the lodging type, the age, size and number of dogs you want to bring.
Smoking is NOT permitted in any lodging, the bathrooms or the supply house. Smoking is permitted on the grounds - however there is NO smoking in communal areas such as the dining pavilion or any canopied areas. You are responsible for safe disposal of used smoking material.
PAYMENT: No reservation is guaranteed until payment requirements are met

All balances must be paid by May 1st.

We recognize that life is not always predictable and unfortunate situations can change your vacation plans, but cancellations affect us significantly due to our very small size. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy, with no exceptions.
