*For cabin and cottage rentals in September and October, there will be a $25 fuel surcharge for heat
which includes one propane tank. Consumption of additional tanks will cost $25 per tank.

Agility Mini-Camp - Novice/Beginners: July 9-11, 2010
A $200 deposit at the time of booking is required and will not be refunded past May 30. The remaining
balance is due 3 weeks before the start of Camp which is June 18. Lodging at the Farm is limited to first
come, first serve and is in great demand due to the smaller size of the camp, with only five RV's and
four cabins (aside from off-site hotel/inn lodging). Full camp fee, less deposit, will be refunded if
notification is prior to May 30. After May 30, any cancellation refunds will be dependent on our ability
to fill your space. No refunds due to inclement weather.
