*For cabin and cottage rentals in September and October, there will be a $25 fuel surcharge for heat
which includes one propane tank. Consumption of additional tanks will cost $25 per tank.

A $200 deposit at the time of booking is required and will not be refunded past August 1st. The remaining balance
is due by August 27, which is 3 weeks prior to the start of camp. Lodging at the Farm is limited to first come, first
serve and is in great demand due to the smaller size of the camp, with only five RV's and four cabins (aside from
off-site hotel/inn lodging). Full camp fee, less deposit, will be refunded if notification is prior to August 1st. After August
1st, any cancellation refunds will be dependenton our ability to fill your space. No refunds due to inclement weather.
